With several towels to plug the leak we went down to the front desk to advise of our disappointment and slow, leaking shower - with pictures no less. From the shower pan, under the step and into the bathroom. So we went back to our room, took a shower and realized the shower drain was verrrry slow. The poolside server was very nice, though when we mentioned we were disappointed in our room she stated that the hotel 'prides' themselves on their rooms and that we should say something to the staff. EZ check-in but when we got to the room we noticed the large piece of artwork was missing from the wall (obvious by the empty hooks still there.) We didn't think much about it, went out an enjoyed the pool & square jacuzzi, although about half of the jacuzzi jets were inoperative. We looked forward to our first time staying at Chumash Casino.
